What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and daily activity
- Support the customer buying experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Work closely with the Financial Services team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
