About the company/role:
Our client is a leading contract manufacturer serving well-know FMCG brands across home care, personal care and wellness categories. They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager specifically for their personal care range. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Sydney’s Upper North Shore.
Duties:
- Drive business development with new customers and grow existing customer accounts
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers in personal care space
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to identify market trends and develop a sales strategy
- Collaborate internally with NPD, Supply Chain, Operations and Quality teams to manage project timelines
- Provide demand forecasts to facilitate production planning and inventory management
- Review pricing reviews, contract updates and commercial terms in conjunction with the finance department
