A Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a sales team to achieve the company’s sales targets and revenue goals. Their core duties include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, setting sales quotas and individual targets, coaching and motivating the sales team, tracking performance, and coordinating with marketing for lead generation.
