Job Description

负责所在区域合同物流(仓储、运输)业务的市场开发、客户拓展及全周期销售管理,通过深度挖掘本地客户需求、推动跨部门协作,实现业绩目标并持续提升市场份额。 工作职责: 1.主导新客户的开发、投标及合同谈判,确保完成销售业绩指; 2.建立目标消费电子、美妆、鞋服等行业重点客户关系网络; 持续跟踪客户业务变化,深挖增值服务机会 3.市场调研、竞对信息摸排、产业带深耕等,不断提升我司市场份额,跟进项目销售进度,并向团队输出市场端的产品需求、客户资源等 岗位要求: 1.3+ years of logistics sales experience; contract logistics experience preferred. 3年以上物流行业销售经验,合同物流领域经验优先 2.Familiar with logistics industry and client demands in consumer electronics, beauty, footwear & apparel, FMCG industries and etc. 熟悉消费电子、美妆、鞋服、快消等行业物流供应链现状,了解客户需求 3.Energetic and passionate, able to work under pressure of sales targets, with strong work accountability. 富有活力和激情,能够承受较大的工作压力和销售业绩要求,对工作有责任心; 4.Strong objective orientation with continuous learning awareness and innovative mindset. 强烈的目标导向,具备持续学习与创新意识。
