Sales Director We are seeking a motivated, accomplished, determined Sales Director who will be responsible for further developing Mexico's market according to the company's business strategies.This position will be based in our Monterrey offices and reports to VP & Director, Mexico, making a significant contribution to our dynamic global organization.Recruit, Lead, and Develop a Team of Regional Business Development Managers (RBDM)Build strong, strategic relationships with all related functions internally and externally for projects realization and acceleration Make sales presentations and solicit RFQs in an effective manner Work closely with all field sales and support teams Present sales/key customer report monthly Create and realize business development plan and sales/market forecast Analyze business performance of key accounts and formulate strategies and action plans to improve profitability Successfully hand off the won accounts to a Program Manager or Inside Sales professiona...
