Job Description
TheSales & Marketing Manager owns membership and program revenue growth for the YWCA Health & Fitness Club. You will lead the end‑to‑end sales funnel (inbound/outbound, corporate partnerships, tours), manage CRM hygiene and reporting, and coordinate onboarding and campaigns in collaboration with the Member Experience and Fitness teams. The role also leads one Digital Marketing Specialist and works closely with YWCA Marketing to execute brand‑compliant, data‑driven campaigns.
