Overview

The MSCI Sales Operations Team provides strategic and day‑to‑day support to the Sales Coverage and collaborates across all functions and regions. The team prepares and approves a wide range of legal documents in partnership with the Legal Department, ensures accurate booking of sales revenues in coordination with Finance Teams, and delivers timely data to MSCI’s clients.

Responsibilities Team Management Must have prior management or leadership experience. Lead, supervise, train, and guide team members. Self‑motivated, work on own initiative, and handle high‑pressure environments. Inspire and motivate team members while providing effective performance assessment and feedback.
