Job Description
The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for providing sales related support to both customers and other sales teams. Understands sales strategies and internal processes to assist customers and the sales team's strategic focus on the sales cycle.

- Assist in data entry to be able to provide information to the customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Research and respond to inquiries regarding sales orders and responds to both employee's and customer's inquiries
- Understand current sales strategies, internal processes and departments involvement in the sales and support to customers
- Support the CAM sales team in their sales efforts to meet AOP
