This role supports the full life cycle recruitment process for BlueGrace Logistics, with a primary focus on sales recruiting . The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting for sales-focused roles and is energized by building relationships, identifying top talent, and helping drive business growth in a hypergrowth, performance based organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports the full recruiting life cycle from sourcing candidates through onboarding new hires, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring leaders.
• Primarily recruits for sales positions across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.
• Partners with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
