JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Acquisition: identifying potential clients, conducting market research and generating leads to expanding the customer base.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the contractors’ services, capabilities and projects.
• Proposal Development: collaborate with the technical team to create tailored proposals and bids that meet client specifications and requirements.
• Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, project managers and other stakeholders to foster trust and open communication.
• Contract Negotiation: negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while protecting the company's interest.
