Job Description
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Conduct presentation of items to prospective clients.
- Responsible in closing deals with clients.
- Identifying customer needs and communicating client’s value proposition.
- Conduct research on potential prospects.
- Generate sales appointments and inside sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns, including manual internet leads.
- Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, effective communication and strong listening skills.
- Utilize, maintain and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques.
- Educate customers in all products, services and packages along with competitor's offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market competition.
