Sales Representative

Job Description

Responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services, maintaining good customer relationships, achieving assigned sales targets, and ensuring accurate and timely sales documentation.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products and services to existing and prospective clients
• Conduct regular client visits, follow‑ups, and product presentations
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales‑related documents accurately
• Answer inquiries of clients through email and phone calls
• Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, and Accounting for order fulfillment and collections
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the Sales Supervisor when necessary
• Maintain updated client records, sales reports, and activity logs
