• Customer Support & Experience
• Respond quickly and professionally via chat/email/social/phone.
• Assist with orders, inquiries, exchanges/returns/refunds.
• Deliver consistent, brand-aligned customer experience to build loyalty.
• Sales & Profitability
• Hit sales targets by converting leads into purchases.
• Upsell/cross-sell to increase AOV and margins.
• Execute promos/campaigns and track performance (sales, conversion, trends).
• Collaboration
• Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, HR/Training, and Finance to resolve customer needs (delivery, payments, product concerns).
• Participate in meetings, learning sessions, and share best practices with teammates.
