- Perform day-to-day back-office tasks and customer coordination on behalf of the sales team.
- Solve day-to-day issues of customers.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
- Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support whenever required.
- Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that shipments are processed.
- Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goals to the senior management team.
