 The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team with day-to-day responsibilities, specifically administrative tasks to achieve established internal service-level agreements (SLA). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations by handling a variety of administrative tasks.
   Key Responsibilities Include:  
 Provide excellent customer service to all program participants, clients, and internal teammates.
 Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
 Learn our sales process from beginning to end: prospecting/lead generation, needs assessments, proposal reviews, winning the program, transition the program to an account manager.
