Job Description
Lead, manage, and motivate the SME team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly login and disbursement targets. Conduct daily briefings and ensure DSR (Daily Sales Report) discipline across the team. Monitor pipeline health, stale leads, overdue callbacks, and inactive opportunities. Act as the first point of escalation for team members regarding clients, objections, operations, and process issues. Maintain daily execution discipline and ensure target visibility across the team. Track individual performance against targets and provide real-time coaching. Identify high performers for recognition and low performers for structured improvement. Maintain strong target discipline throughout the month. Submit daily and weekly performance reports to the Business heads. Drive healthy competition, accountability, and ownership within the team.
