Job Description
Position: Vice President of Sales – Retail
Work Location: Mandaluyong
Work Schedule: Mondays- Fridays
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set Up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management, Retail Management, or a similar field.
- Master’s degree in a business-related discipline is an advantage
- At least 5–10 significant retail industry experience and sales leadership roles.
- Proven history of managing large retail networks, driving sales performance, and optimizing store productivity is an advantage
- Can start as soon as possible is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement national retail sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
