SALESFORCE SERVICE CLOUD ENGINEER

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer for a full-time position on a 3-month project (40 hours per week) in Argentina/Mexico. Our client is a workforce management and payroll solutions provider that enables organizations to hire, manage, and pay employees worldwide.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, migrations, cutovers, and production go-lives.
• Understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Knowledge Management.
• Ability to understand and evaluate Salesforce solution architecture and integrations.
• Understanding deliverables vs. shortfalls against the SoW and raising them to Clarity and the Project Lead.
• Experience working with third-party implementation partners or vendors.
