SAP Basis Support Job Description

1. Provide daily SAP Basis support for SAP HANA and NetWeaver systems across all environments.
2. Monitor SAP HANA database performance, backups, and system health to ensure high availability.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP NetWeaver application servers and HANA database.
4. Execute system copies, client refreshes, and transport management in HANA and NetWeaver landscapes.
5. Apply SAP patches, HANA updates, kernel upgrades, and support note implementations.
6. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to quickly resolve production incidents.
7. Perform system monitoring using tools like SAP Solution Manager and HANA Studio.
8. Document support activities, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
