Job Description
SAP HCM Data Consultant
Strada Global Professional Services (PS) provides application support and project implementation for clients worldwide. The SAP HCM Data Consultant is responsible for executing data migration activities for one or multiple payroll countries under the guidance and monitoring of a DM Lead. Responsibilities span from preparation through testing, loading, validation, and reconciliation, all aligned to the Data Migration Plan customized per country by the DM Lead.
Responsibilities
- Support the DM Lead throughout all phases of data migration.
- Prepare and execute DM templates following client’s global and local standards.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation using defined tools and approaches.
