Job Description
Provide expert support and configuration for Kronos Time and Attendance modules within UKG Dimensions TampA.
Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Kronos Time and Attendance applications specializing in configuration support and enhancements within the UKG Dimensions TampA skill cluster.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kronos Time and Attendance applications including badge and user access problems.
- Configure Kronos elements such as Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Scheduling, Attendance, and Access Profiles.
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and document findings to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide timely solutions.
