We are seeking experienced SAP Trainers to support SRP's Customer Modernization initiative involving SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP Sales Cloud, and related customer service technologies. This individual will support user readiness, adoption, and training efforts for employees transitioning from legacy systems into a new SAP environment.
Trainers will participate in an 8-week Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program beginning in August and will subsequently deliver instructor-led training and learner support for Contact Center personnel and other business stakeholders. The largest impacted stakeholder group is SRP's Customer Contact Operations (CCO) organization, where trainers will support large-scale training efforts consisting of approximately 25 learners per cohort across multiple concurrent classes.
