We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, stays calm under pressure, and communicates clearly with engineers, supervisors, and clients. 
You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative scheduling team where no two days are the same and teamwork really matters.
Key Responsibilities
Review daily breach reports, identify urgent or early breaches, and escalate critical issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
Allocate work orders to engineers, ensuring clear priorities and efficient use of resources.
Manage breaches and SLAs, working in deadline order and escalating at-risk jobs with a clear resolution plan.
Maintain accurate, detailed job notes and update statuses correctly across scheduling systems.
Liaise regularly with engineers, supervisors, and colleagues via phone, email, and Teams to keep work moving.
