Journey of Excellence Development of novel carbon black and other fillers for rubber applications Understanding of carbon black technology/advanced filler technology/rubber technology with in-depth knowledge of testing, characterization and analysis of rubber compounds, fillers and relevant additives.
Familiarity and visualization of recent trends in technology, sustainability, and product stewardship of Rubber technology.
