For our client, a leading Irish food and convenience retailer in Ireland, we are looking for a Scratch Baker.
Candidate information/requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of work experience working as a baker or bakery assistantPrevious experience with food preparation and bakery products preparation from scratch (bread, pastry, cookies, sweet goods, etc.)HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols knowledge would be a plusStrong attention to detail, organised and flexibleAble to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentIntermediate level of English is requiredAbout the job:
