Seasonal Pastry Commis - Dessert Creations

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Pontresina, Switzerland, is seeking a seasonal pastry chef from December 1, 2026, for a 3-4 month period. You will set up the patisserie and organize desserts for HP guests, à la carte service, banquets, and occasionally the staff canteen.

Daily dessert creation uses 80% fresh ingredients, including pralines, friandises, cakes and sweet pastries for breakfast, and you will also handle our external operations.
