Job Description
Location: Hereford - home and/or community-based tuition
Age range: Secondary-aged children and young people
Focus: SEN and Emotionally Based School Avoidance
Quantum Scholars are looking for a caring, patient and experienced Secondary SEN Tutor to support young people in and around Hereford.
We are looking for tutors who can provide personalised 1:1 support for secondary-aged learners who may be experiencing Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA), anxiety, SEND, SEMH needs, or gaps in education. Many of the young people we support may be educated other than at school, awaiting a suitable placement, or require a more flexible and individualised approach to learning.
This role would suit a tutor, teacher, instructor or education professional who has strong experience working with secondary-aged pupils and is confident adapting learning to meet individual needs. The successful tutor will need to provide a calm, nurturing and flexible approach, helping young ...
