This role will be supporting enterprise certificate management and multi-factor authentication platforms. This individual will act as an application owner for backend security tools, focusing on certificate lifecycle management including sending expiration alerts, coordinating renewals, and ensuring no service outages. The role blends information security fundamentals with hands-on operational execution, requiring frequent communication with certificate owners and internal teams. The ideal candidate has an engineering mindset, strong networking fundamentals, and the ability to independently manage workflows, identify gaps, and improve processes. This position will also support MFA tools, contribute to security alert workflows alongside the SOC, and assist with data analysis to drive operational efficiency.
