Responsibilities

• Report to the Privileged Access Management Lead and support the Operations, Projects, and Engineering activities of the Privileged Access Management function within Santander Support.
• Integrate and develop solutions to enhance the PAM solution using CyberArk within Santander Support. PAM projects include architecture, assessment, design, and development of PAM solutions categorized as new business requirements, audit items, or existing defects/enhancements.
• Scope and review internal customer requests and prioritize development requests for other engineers or as directed by the PAM lead or management.
• Support the team with all aspects of administering PAM solutions and services to the customer.
