Job Summary The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and company assets. The role involves monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding to emergencies. Key Responsibilities Monitor and patrol company premises regularly Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles Verify identification and maintain visitor records Prevent unauthorized access and ensure security protocols are followed Handle emergency situations such as fire, theft, or accidents Ensure safety of company property and equipment Maintain daily security logs and incident reports Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 12th pass Prior experience in security services preferred Physically fit and alert Good observation and communication skills Ability to handle emergency situations calmly Rotational shifts (day/night)
