We are presently searching for a knowledgeable Magazine Manager .
Core Job Duties:The Publications Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that all aircraft documentation is updated within the designated time frame. The job involves upgrading the Aircraft/OCC Library and Message Trip Documentation across various systems. Additionally, it includes responsibilities such as monitoring aircraft fuel flow, managing licensing and invoices for timely payments to suppliers.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor aircraft fuel intake efficiently and report to management.
- Oversee the surveillance, prompt purchase, collection, dissemination, and updating of aircraft documentation and OCC library.
- Liaise with external providers to obtain the latest documentation and maintain annual memberships.
- Ensure all flight records on board and in the OCC library are current.
