Security & Resilience Senior Associate - GSOC - AMS

Position Responsibilities

• Monitor, review CCTV, and identify the root cause of the alarms that are triggered by the system.
• Download badge reads of specific alarms for investigation.
• Coordinate with POC to escalat e gsoc any anomalies and suspicious activity found in an area and create incident reports and dispatch security officers when needed.
• Coordinate with POC and create ticket for camera or door issues that hinder review/monitoring.
• Conduct investigation on irregular activities that may compromise data center and overall site securities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is Preferred but not required.
• Good Command of the English Language (Verbal & Written).
• 2-4 Years Experience with Security, Safety, Investigative Field, and Operating CCTV Hardware – With Exposure to Security Software Tools and Video Monitoring.
