Security Supervisor

The Supervisor shall be required to perform supervisory duties that may include all or part of the responsibilities set forth below:

• Supervising the guard force;
• Conducting inspections of guards and guard posts
• Investigating irregularities or incidents and writing clear and concise report
• Supervising special function teams, such as mobile patrol units
• Preparing reports and making recommendations regarding the discipline and termination actions
• Reports to the Shift Supervisor and/or Guard Force Commander
• Providing on-the-job training of subordinates
• Ensure all guards are properly uniformed
• Oversight of and responsible for quality control and contract compliance
• Deploying guards for a shift or at a facility
• Acting as a point of contact with the COR and GTM on operational guard force matters
