- Auto liability and Cargo insurance $200 (weekly).
- Trailer rent:.

- Occupational insurance $35 (weekly, optional).
- ELD - $35 weekly.
- Best pass (48 states) $20 (monthly).
- Sign on Bonus $1000 ($250/x4 installments).
