Semicon Field Service Customer Support Engineer – Semicon
Location: Roseville, California
Purpose
Perform onsite/offsite support activities in North America. Position requires on-site product installation, customer training, integration, maintenance, and repair for our line of Engineering Test Handler and Manipulators/Docking systems. Assume responsibility for customer satisfaction and promote and maintain positive relationships exercising good judgment in resolving customer issues.
Description
Candidate must possess excellent organization and communication skills, able to schedule and prepare service calls and support the sales team, troubleshoot and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Provide pre- and post-sales support (onsite and remotely), generate detailed service reports and conduct training and equipment demonstrations.
