Semiconductor Packaging Program Lead

Silicon Box in Singapore is seeking a Technical Program Specialist to manage customers’ technical projects and engagements. The ideal candidate will have experience in wafer bumping, WLCSP, or fanout packaging, along with a Bachelor's Degree in engineering.

Responsibilities include providing technical support to sales, communicating customer requirements, and coordinating technical projects. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
