**Job Purpose**
To support students with special educational needs (SEN) in accessing the curriculum and achieving their full potential. The SEN Teaching Assistant works closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support that promotes inclusion, independence, and progress.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide in-class support to students with a range of SEN, including learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and social/emotional needs.
- Implement individual education plans (IEPs), behaviour plans, and support strategies under the guidance of the SENCO and teaching staff.
- Adapt learning materials and resources to meet individual student needs.
