Your Role
and What You'll Be DoingAs a Senior 3E Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the evolution of our Elite 3E platform, working closely with the business during a major transition from on‑premise 3E to the SaaS version.
You’ll be embedded within a product team alongside a Product Owner and Scrum Master, helping shape solutions from requirements through to deployment. This is a hands‑on senior engineering role with strong architectural responsibility and real influence over how 3E is delivered and evolved across the firm.
Development is delivered via a hybrid model, with approximately 50% in‑house development and 50% SaaS‑based solutions, giving you exposure to both modern cloud patterns and core platform engineering.
