Job Description
About the Role
- Accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank, fixed asset, payroll and general ledger accounting including account reconciliation and open item management.
- Intra-group transactions and consolidation.
- Payment transactions, dunning procedures, and reporting/statistics.
- Preparation of preliminary VAT returns and determination of the tax liability.
- Preparation and participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Spanish Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Exchange with tax advisors and auditors.
- Interface function between subsidiary and parent company.
- Maintaining and managing master data in the ERP system and participating in the development and documentation of new structures in the ERP system.
