Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledgers and perform the complete accounting cycle in compliance with the accounting standards of the respective countries.
• Prepare financial statements and documents for conformance with accounting requirements and principles.
• Tally the daily CTFA reporting.
• Provide approvals for payments and receipts.
• Transact with the bank to purchase foreign currency for payments to suppliers, banks, and others.
• Review expenses and conduct analysis of operating expenses and budget variances as required.
• Manage fixed asset and inventory control, including physical verification and reconciliation with the General Ledger.
• Compute sales target and achievement for the purpose of sales incentives.
• Manage vendor receivables.
• Ensure internal controls are in place and operating effectively in accordance with company standards and government regulations.
