Senior Accounts Executive (APAC Shared Services)

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Accounts Executive to join our APAC Shared Services team in Singapore. Reporting to the Local Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions for two key entities: Singapore and Japan . The successful candidate will apply robust accounting principles to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports, and ensure compliance across regional boundaries.

Job Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & General Ledger

• Manage full sets of accounts for the Singapore and Japan entities.
• Ensure accuracy of the general ledger by preparing and reviewing journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and supporting schedules.
• Review GL coding for transactions processed by the Accounts Payable (AP) team to ensure data integrity.
