APPIT Software Solutions is seeking a Senior Agile Coach for Enterprise Change in Toronto, Canada. Champion Agile frameworks to enhance software delivery and organizational quality.
As a Senior Agile Coach at APPIT, you will drive the enterprise Agile transformation process by coaching and leading teams and executives. This role requires assessing the existing Agile maturity and formulating comprehensive improvement strategies. You will also create and facilitate engaging training sessions focused on Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methods, ensuring a robust Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Design and manage Agile transformation initiatives • Coach product managers and engineering teams on Agile • Evaluate Agile maturity and develop improvement plans • Lead the establishment of Agile community practices • Organize training and workshops on Agile techniques
