Senior AI Strategy Consultant (Remote, Project-based)

Mindrift is seeking experienced strategy consultants to contribute to a new Management Consulting domain focused on AI. You'll build realistic consulting project environments and design structured tasks for our AI agents while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience at a top-tier firm like McKinsey or BCG. Strong analytical skills and independence are key. This is a remote, project-based role with compensation up to $60 per hour based on contribution level.
