JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB PURPOSE
- Develop, implement and continuously improve the BCM Program for company Distribution to ensure it is fit-for-purpose and complies with UAE law, regulations as well as national and international Standards for BCM including NCEMA 7000, ISO 22301, and other relevant frameworks.
- Oversee the BCM activities and related activities across company Distribution, including recovery from natural disasters, cybersecurity incidents, pandemics, and other potential disruptions.
- Ensure an effective BCM governance framework that is consistent with regulatory requirements, NCEMA, ISO 22301 and industry best practices/standards is developed, maintained, and adhered to across the organization.
- Expand BCM framework to cover international operations, ensuring that all global sites adhere to the same high standards of business continuity management.
