Job Description
- Review and support in the posting of complex OTC-related accounting entries, including trade spend and returns-related accruals and reserves
- Perform and review reconciliations related to disputes, deductions, trade spend, and returns balances, ensuring timely identification and analysis of reconciling items
- Support resolution of complex disputes and deductions by analyzing root causes and coordinating with relevant stakeholders such as Sales or Customer Services
- Review work performed by OTC Analysts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined ways of working
