Senior Analytical Chemist (CONTRACTOR)

Job Description

A Senior Analytical Chemist is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Galway based Medical Devices Client on a 12 Month Contractor basis.

Role of this position

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Performs analytical testing on drugs and drug combination products with Liquid/Gas Chromatography, Elution, Spectroscopic and Wet Chemistry techniques.

Responsible for analytical test method development and validation activities.

Responsible for Laboratory investigations ensuring timely disposition/closure.

Responsible for accurate reporting and interpretation of results, trending, leading to investigation and production of technical reports.

Liaise with other departments on site (Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Engineering) to ensure efficient and robust processes are executed on site.
