Senior Application Developer (Monterrey)

Overview

SWBC is seeking a Senior Application Developer to develop and maintain customer interfacing applications and core internal integrations. The role works within self-organized Agile delivery teams and involves guiding and mentoring developers to build software to customer expectations.

• Build systems to interface with SWBC clientele.
• Automate processes to improve efficiency.
• Build tools to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Participate in self-organizing teams working toward a common goal.
• Respond to issues as they arise and partner with the Systems Assurance Group to improve monitoring.
