Job Description
Overview
The planning and design supervisor prepares designs, writes specifications, and provides recommendations to management for new projects.
Responsibilities
- Shall be responsible for planning and design of upcoming new projects.
- Leads a team of Junior Architects and draftsmen in the preparation of drawings and details.
- Responsible for preparing schematic design drawings to construction drawings.
- Prepares material specifications.
- Responsible for the supervision, reviewing, and monitoring of submittals from consultants for the project.
- Attends meetings with the operations group for project updates, concerns, and resolutions.
- Performs related duties as required.
