Senior associate / legal director – Corporate (Glasgow)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate solicitor to join this firms fast-growing office in Glasgow. The firm require a senior associate / legal director with at least 5 years’ PQE and experience in a corporate transactional role. Experience from a major national, international, City or equivalent firm is desirable, however candidates with another type of background will still be considered if they can demonstrate the required level of corporate transactional experience.

The role will include tasks such as:
• Seeking out a broad range of work for local, national and international clients to ensure you are getting the exposure and development required to make you a well-rounded lawyer
• Handling your own matters and assisting more senior lawyers on more complex matters
