Senior Benefits Manager

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a strategic Senior Benefits Manager to serve as our internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design and governance of our global health, disability, wellness, pension/retirement, and time off/leaves programs. In this role, you will serve as an enterprise expert to plan and deliver the company’s benefits program for North America, Europe and APAC, ensuring integrity and consistency in how its various components are applied worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of guiding senior stakeholders, resolving highly complex benefits matters, and advancing initiatives that improve the employee experience, compliance, cost-effectiveness, and global program consistency.
